Generation Next – New Designer Fashion Competition

Thursday, July 29th, 2010

I wholeheartedly believe that competition makes people better at what they do. It takes is them out of their safe zone and pushes them further than they would have alone. The results often take form in better quality and creativity. Competition is important.

Generation next is Western Canada’s most stylish new designer competition and fashion show. Put together by Honey Mustard, they showcase new and talented designers that have been in business for three years or less. They have help launched the collections of Carny Love, Elroy, and Two of Hearts to name a few. You can also check out last year’s winner Ella Peru.

$10,000 Prize Pack for the winner:

  • Consignment at Twigg&hottie
  • Publicity representation from The Honey Mustard Fashion and Media Services
  • One year’s membership to CutandShow.com
  • A solo fashion show at the next installment of Generation Next
  • Six month mentorship with Jacqueline Conoir designer, RozeMerie Cuevas
